Your skin is unique and so are its needs. For this reason, it is often difficult to predict whether certain skincare products are right for you until you try them. Some formulas may target a specific skin concerns, but may not be suitable for your skin type.

Carrying out a skin analysisallows you to precisely assess what your face needs and choose the products that will actually be effective for you. Our experts are there to guide you every step of the way and help you define the routine your skin deserves!

Each season at the hydrotherapy spa, we carry out more than 1,200 personalised treatment programmes for our patients and teach them skin care techniques in our skin health education workshops. Through the onlineanalysis, we want to share this support for the well-being of all skin types with as many people as possible.

    In order for us to understand your skin's needs, we ask that you answer a few questions concerning: 

    • Your age,
    • Your skin type (dry, normal, oily, etc.),
    • Your skin sensitivity,
    • The skin problems you encounter (wrinkles, blemishes, visible redness, etc.),
    • What you're looking for (protection, soothing, moisturising, etc.),
    • Your level of sun exposure,
    • Your daily skincare and make-up routine,
    • The level of pollution in your environment.

    All of these factors are essential for us to be able to recommend the best products for your face. During theanalysis, you can also provide us with a selfie (preferably without glasses and make-up) that our software will use to analyse your skin concerns. This image is only kept for the duration of theanalysis.

    An online analysiscannot, of course, replace a consultation with a specialist. It is, however, an effective tool to better understand your skin and can help you choose the most suitable skincare products. If you want to go a step further, you can always make an appointment with one of our experts for personalised advice.

    No, the selfie is not mandatory for analysis You can skip this step if you wish. Your answers to our expert questionnaire will help us identify the best skincare routine for you. Nevertheless, we encourage you to take the selfie so that we can carry out a precise analysis of the condition of your skin, therefore allowing you to see and understand your skin's needs.

    As a general rule, we only keep your Personal Data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

    We only keep your Personal Data for as long as is strictly necessary to manage our relationship with you. However, we will retain your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes for three years from the date of the last interaction between us if you are not a customer and as long as we remain in contact with you through our promotional activities if you are a customer, unless you object when you receive one of our marketing messages.

    IP addresses collected for security purposes will not be stored for more than 10 days.
