Cleanance Solaire SPF 50+ offers ultra-broad spectrum sun protection. This sun cream is ideal for protecting oily skin with imperfections on a daily basis. With Monolaurin, a sebo-reducing active ingredient, it visibly reduces blemishes and helps prevent the appearance of marks due to sun exposure. Cleanance Solaire 50+ leaves an imperceptible, non-shiny finish on the skin when applied and is an excellent base for everyday make-up. The formula is also water resistant.
This new sun care product incorporates TriAsorB ™, a new ultra-broad spectrum sun filter that protects against UV rays and beyond with protection from skin-ageing HEV blue light, up to 450nm.
A highly secure filtering system, it also helps to ensure greater respect for marine biodiversity. Numerous tests under experimental conditions have proven, among other things, that it is non-toxic to three key species of marine biodiversity: coral, phytoplankton, and zooplankton***.

11 months agoEspecially as a product targeted for oily skin people, I find this product to be too thick and heavy on the skin. It feels like a greasy layer just sitting on the skin. It does get a little better then it’s powdered down a little (which is why I would give it three stars) but I don’t want to use powder on daily bases so for those days it would be a NO from me.

One year agoI was presently surprised as this lotion was really smoothing with no stickiness like some lotions. It was easy to apply and didn't go claggy and gloopy in between uses. Perfect high factor for my pale skin

One year agoI have sensitive skin but it doesn't irritate at all. Works really well to help protect your skin. Is easy to use and not at all greasy. Weightless when on and long lasting. non sticky too and fab as gives high protection

One year agoI have combination skin & have always struggled with face suncream. Overall I am really happy with this product, Lovely packaging, easy to dispense from the pump. It goes on a little thick & takes a little longer to absorb but when it does its perfect! I haven't had a breakout in the 2 weeks of using this & my skin is highly protected which is the most important thing.
Acne dries up in the summer, so you may feel that your skin condition is improving... but in reality, the sun can irritate and thicken the skin, and you will see a "rebound" effect as soon as the summer weather ends... In addition, the sun promotes acne scarring, so it's important to protect your skin from UV rays!

I was excited to try this Avene sun cream out and it didn't disappoint! I spend a lot of time outside, walking our dog and playing football with my sun, so keeping my face safe with a nice product is great! This sun cream has kept my face, especially face, forehead and cheeks, from getting burnt!
The product itself doesn't really have a scent, which I personally like. Some other product, especially sun creams, can be very strongly scented. And when you have to wear it on you face, that is sometimes rather unpleasant.
The only downside is that I don't feel like the product goes a long way. You have to use a fair bit to feel like you have coverage, but it doesn't feel greasy and absorbs very quickly.
