Cleanance Mattifying Emulsion is a daily skincare product that comforts and hydrates oily skin and visibly reduces excess sebum. Shine is reduced for 24 hours*. Skin is soft to touch and mattified for 6 hours**. Shine is instantly reduced***. Its non-sticky, matte texture is formulated with a carefully chosen selection of mattifying powders and hydrating agents. Comedoclastin™, a plant-based active ingredient extracted from sebum-reducing milk thistle seeds, it ensures immediate and long-lasting effectiveness on the skin. The emulsion is gentle on sensitive skin, thanks to Avène Thermal Spring Water, which provides all of its soothing and softening properties. 3 months agoThis is now a product I will continue to use in my beauty routine especially coming into summer and warmer weather, no need to pile on the powder to get rid of the shine, therefore less spots and imperfections.

11 months agoThis product is great. I have oily skin and have never been able to find anything that would help. This is amazing, the cream also smells really good. It is very smooth and applys easily. After the cream has been used you can not see anything on the skin, it soaks in quickly.

11 months agoI have never used a product like this before but with having acne due to my medication i thought i would give this a try. The cream has a very gentle fragrance and you only need to apply a small amount. It is lovely to use as it glides over your skin perfectly. My skin looked better and didn’t feel heavy or greasy. I not only noticed a difference in my face but others did too. My face has never looked so clear and bright. I would definitely recommend this product.
Ingredients
Mattifying ingredient to absorb excess sebum and provide the formula with a powdery, non-oily feel.
Plant-based active ingredient with patented properties from Pierre Fabre Research. Milk thistle extract acts on epithelial cells reducing the formation of micro-comedones and preventing new spots.
For oily skin, apply Cleanance Mattifying Emulsion morning and night to regulate sebum production and mattify the skin. For acne-prone skin, blackheads andspots, it’s best to apply Cleanance Comedomed morning and night to reduce these blemishes.
To regulate sebum and therefore mattify the skin, it is imperative to set up a specific daily routine that is not irritating, so as not to cause reactive seborrhoea.
Gentle but thorough cleansing: Cleanance Micellar Water in the evening and Cleanance soap-free cleansing gel in the morning. Finish off your cleansing routine with a spritz of Avène Thermal Spring Water.
For a deeper cleansing, use a mask for oily skin and blackheads once or twice a week to absorb and remove sebum and blackheads, such as the Cleanance MASK.
In the morning: apply a mattifying cream, such as Cleanance Mattifying Emulsion, which also has the advantage of being a great make-up base.
If you like foundation, opt for an oil-free texture such as the Couvrance Matte Finish Fluid Foundation Corrector.
And in any case, mattify the skin and/or your make-up with a mattifying powder such as the Mosaic Translucent Powder.
To prolong the wear of your make-up, finish by spraying a fine mist of the Avène thermal spring water, as it evaporates and reinforces the fixing power of the powder. This is particularly important for oily skin.
During the day and if necessary, try the following technique: blot excess oil with a tissue, spray on some Avène Thermal Spring Water, blot again and reapply the mattifying powder. Results guaranteed!
So glad I got this product to try it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and amazing! It’s not too heavy or drying for my face and smells so clean. I struggle finding moisturisers but I’m glad I found this one to use into my daily skin care routine, having sensitive skin makes it different to find something to work but this definitely does. I would recommend anyone to try it won’t disappoint!
