Tips for use
Shake well before each use to mix the suspension of this bi-phase lotion. Pour the Gentle Toning Lotion onto a cotton pad and apply to the face and neck in the morning after waking up and/or in the evening in addition to the Gentle Milk Cleanser.

This is THE only toner that I have ever used that actually makes my skin feel refreshed after cleansing. Everything else that I have tried over the years (I am nearly 50 so trust me I have tried them all ) have made my skin sting so badle and feel tight that i just gave up ever finding a toner that A/ I could actually use and B/ one that actually works. If your skin is dry and not oily when you wake up, you can use the Gentle Toning Lotion just before applying your cream. However, if you have combination or oily skin, I recommend using a cleanser before.
