Free Radicals

They are oxidising agents that damage the cells of the body. Free radicals come from smoking, pollution etc… Free radical damage is associated with an increased risk of many chronic diseases. Vitamin C, carotenes and vitamin E are all anti-oxidant ingredients that reduce the damage caused by free radicals.
